Project brief: The property was no longer cultivated and was to be transformed into a landscaped park.
Dried-out bushes and trees were cleared, and the land was plowed and tilled. A fence was built and an oleander hedge planted right at the start.
Paths were marked with barrier tape, which will later be paved with a water-permeable surface. Various beds and areas were created and landscaped with native trees, shrubs, and low-water plants.
An outdoor kitchen was also built to better utilize the park as additional outdoor space.
Immediately after completion, such a large area can sometimes look quite bare; the plants need time to establish themselves and grow. Often, the picture changes completely after just one year, and after two to three years, the entire concept of the park becomes apparent.
